Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Cognitex Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Cognitex Solutions’ website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

Disclaimer

The materials on Cognitex Solutions’ website are provided on an “as is” basis. Cognitex Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Cognitex Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Cognitex Solutions’ website.

Service Terms

When you engage Cognitex Solutions for services, the following terms apply:

• All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement
• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• Intellectual property rights for work created will be as specified in your service agreement
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the engagement agreement. Generally:

• Discovery sprints may require upfront payment
• Full audits typically involve milestone-based payments
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law

Online Purchases and Subscriptions

Selected services can be purchased directly on this website. Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (“Stripe”); we never receive or store your card details. All prices are final amounts in EUR. Cognitex Solutions is not registered under the Bulgarian VAT Act and does not charge VAT.

One-time digital reports (Visibility Snapshot). The report is an automated digital product generated for the website you specify and delivered to the email address you provide. By purchasing, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately. Once the report has been delivered, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers lapses in accordance with the rules on digital content supplied with the consumer’s prior express consent. If a report cannot be generated for your website, contact us and we will resolve it or refund the purchase.

Monthly plans (SEO/AEO/GEO, Growth 8, Scale 20). Monthly plans are agreed individually after a consultation and provided under a separate service agreement, which sets out the scope, monthly fair-use limits, invoicing, payment terms, and cancellation. Unused monthly capacity does not roll over between months, and work already delivered remains yours. Where card payments are used for a plan, they are processed by Stripe.

No outcome guarantees. Our deliverables are the work products described for each plan. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or citations or inclusion in AI-generated answers. Search engines and AI systems are operated by third parties and their behavior can change without notice.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
